This innovative initiative is the result of a collaboration between BNP and 321, a corporate startup studio focused on launching cutting-edge technology startups. We are developing a groundbreaking HR technology software aimed at revolutionizing the sector. As we approach the completion of our MVP, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead our startup into its next phase of growth.
Must-Have Experience:
- Proven track record in leading strategic and operational initiatives within technology startups or companies,
- Direct experience with prepaid services is a mandatory requirement, showcasing the ability to navigate complex markets and innovate within competitive spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Refinement: Develop and implement a clear, distinct strategic direction that sets us apart in the crowded benefits market,
- Leadership Excellence: Manage daily operations, ensuring the organization's growth is both robust and agile,
- Strategic Business Development: Identify unique market opportunities and leverage them to outperform competitors,
- Team and Culture Building: Assemble and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of motivation, innovation, and excellence,
- Market Insight: Utilize an in-depth understanding of the industry to anticipate and navigate future trends and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role within a startup environment, ideally within the HR technology sector,
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies in competitive markets,
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders,
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
