CTO HR Tech (F/M)
As the CTO, you'll have a significant impact on our technical and strategic direction. Working closely with the CEO, you'll define how technology can propel our business forward. You're responsible for building a diverse tech team and leading the development of our platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like TypeScript and React.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and follow our technology roadmap, aligning with the company's overall vision and in close collaboration with the CEO,
- Build and lead a diverse technical team capable of tackling development and innovation challenges,
- Use TypeScript and React to create high-performance solutions, always focusing on quality and user experience,
- Play an active role in strategic decisions, bringing your technical expertise to support the company's objectives,
- Ensure our platform is innovative, secure, and scalable to meet our customers' needs,
- Manage the tech budget and forge strategic partnerships to support our growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical leader, ideally in a startup or HR Tech environment,
- Expertise in development with TypeScript and React,
- Ability to build and motivate a technical team, focusing on personal and professional development,
- Strategic vision and the skill to align tech initiatives with business plans,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with the CEO.
